01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of orpitek.com (the “website”), operated by Orpitek Global FZ-LLC (RAKEZ Licence No. 47030198, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates), referred to as “Orpitek”, “we” or “us”. By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. If you have a signed agreement with us, that agreement governs our services and prevails over these terms.

02Information only

The website describes our services and products for general information. It is not an offer, a quotation or professional, legal, financial or investment advice. Prices, timelines and results described on the website are not binding. A project starts only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Sending an inquiry or receiving our reply does not create a contract. Please do not send confidential information through the contact form before a confidentiality agreement is in place.

03Products and other websites

Dubai School Atlas, Oil Market AI and our other products run on separate websites with their own terms and policies, and those terms govern your use of them. The website may also link to services run by third parties, such as WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.

04Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, images, illustrations and the Orpitek name and logo, belong to Orpitek Global FZ-LLC or its licensors. You may view the website, print or save pages for your own or your organization’s internal reference, and share links to it. You may not otherwise copy, change, republish or use the content commercially without our written permission. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.

05Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

• break any law;
• interfere with or overload the website, or try to gain unauthorized access to it or our systems;
• introduce malicious code;
• collect its content by automated means, or use it to train AI models, without our written permission;
• submit false information or impersonate another person;
• send unsolicited advertising or spam through our contact channels.

We may block access or ignore messages that breach these terms. If you use the website in breach of these terms, you are responsible for any loss, claim or cost your breach causes us, to the extent permitted by law.

07No warranty

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that the website or its content is complete, accurate, current, free of errors or viruses, or always available. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

08Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Orpitek Global FZ-LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on its content, including loss of profit, data, business or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct or gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Liability for our services is governed only by the written agreement for those services.

09Severability and waiver

If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and that part applies to the fullest extent the law allows. If we do not enforce a term, we have not waived our right to do so later.

10Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the website are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own country.

11Language

These terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.
