Software for government and city teams that answers from current regulations

A staff or citizen question can depend on a regulation, a circular and a case file held in different systems. We build software that answers from the text in force and cites the article and version it used.

Where the answers sit today

A government entity or city authority keeps years of decisions in documents. Structured systems manage services, assets, maps and finance. One request can mean opening several systems.

  • Laws, executive regulations, circulars and internal policies
  • Permit and license files with their attachments
  • Inspection, audit and committee reports
  • Open data, GIS layers and service statistics
  • Case management, ERP and records systems

Start with a regulation assistant

An officer handling a permit asks whether a new circular changes the requirements. The assistant answers from the regulations and circulars in force, quoting the article and version it relied on. The officer reads the quoted text and decides.

Hosting, data classification and language

Before the pilot, we agree with your IT and security teams where the system runs, which data classes it may read and who sees which answer. If your policy requires data to stay in a specific country or environment, the system is deployed there, on request and by agreement with the client.

  • Arabic and English documents, often in the same file
  • A log of questions, answers and sources for review

How a project starts

  1. Discovery

We choose one service and agree which regulations and files count as its source and how they are classified.

  2. Pilot on your data

Officers test answers against the regulations they apply daily, using your own files.

  3. Production

We connect directory sign-in and case systems, add logging, then support the system in operation.

Typical tasks

  • Regulation and circular assistant for front-line staff
  • Completeness checks on permit and license applications before review
  • Search across case files, inspection reports and correspondence
  • Service dashboards drawn from several existing systems
  • Open data portals and public map applications
  • Searchable, structured records from scanned archives

AI Applications

AI that answers from your own documents and links each answer to its source.

Data Platforms

One clean data model, so dashboards, search and AI show the same figures.

Modernization

Modernize legacy systems step by step, each new part checked against the old one.

Frequently asked questions

Can the system run inside our own environment?

Yes. It can run on your premises, in your cloud tenancy or with a hosting provider you approve. Data location is set on request and by agreement with the client before any data is shared.

Does it work with Arabic documents?

We test it on yours. Your Arabic and bilingual documents go into the pilot, and we agree on how answer quality is checked before you decide on production.

Can citizens use it, or only staff?

Both. We recommend a staff tool first, because officers can check each answer against regulations they know. Public services such as an open data portal can follow.

Which regulations do your staff search most?

Name the service and the systems behind it. We will propose where the assistant could run and what a first scope would cover.
