AI Applications
AI that answers from your own documents and links each answer to its source.
Families choosing a private school in Dubai filter by area, year group, fees and curriculum, compare schools and ask questions in plain language. Answers link to the school profiles and KHDA reports they draw on.

KHDA publishes a Full Inspection Report for each inspection and a Fees Fact Sheet every academic year. Families comparing schools need both, for the right year group and academic year. The rating scale changed in 2015–16, and full inspections were paused in 2024–25 and 2025–26, so most schools’ latest rating is from 2023–24. A rating or fee without its source and year cannot be checked.
One data model holds each school’s KHDA ratings, inspection findings, fees by year group, curricula and location. Every page and the AI assistant read from it. The School Finder starts from where a family lives or works, the child’s year group and a fee limit. Schools that miss exactly one condition are listed separately, grouped by what they miss.

The data comes from KHDA: more than 1,900 Full Inspection Reports from 2008–09 onward, more than 500 Fees Fact Sheets, Parent Reports and the school directory. Languages and activities appear only when a school states them. Each value shows its document and last-checked date. Fees are listed by year group and academic year, never averaged. A public Corrections page lists every correction with its date and source.

Families ask in their own words, for example: British schools near Dubai Marina rated Very good or better, Year 5 fees under AED 70,000. Every finding from an inspection report links to its report page; quotes link to the paragraph. Each quote is marked as supporting, contradicting or only mentioning the statement. When the reports do not say enough, the answer says so.

Dubai School Atlas is live at dubaischoolatlas.com. A family can go from a question to a shortlist, compare 2 to 5 schools and estimate the cost to the final school year. The same approach fits organizations that publish or rely on regulated records, such as inspection reports, permits or registers: one data model, every figure linked to its source.
